From an early age, Master Ou Wenwei has devoted himself to cultivating moral character and the heart and soul. During a period of severe political persecution, he faced immense suffering and helplessness with exceptional inner strength. In that moment, he received what he describes as a divine blessing—a voice descending from the sky that revealed to him the past and future of the universe, guiding him toward a life of authenticity and purpose.
In our upcoming CHI Healing Circle, Ou Wen Wei shares his lifelong path of self-cultivation and reflects on a profound and extraordinary experience from his youth. This transformative experience later gave rise to Pangu Shengong, a simple yet powerful self-cultivation practice through which Master Ou has helped hundreds of thousands of people improve their health and well-being. He will also share inspiring stories that demonstrate his unique perspective on respecting nature and living in harmony with it.

About Pangu Shengong
Pangu Shengong’s fundamental philosophy and practice are rooted in kindness and benevolence. It is designed to absorb the essence of Qi (energy) from the Universe, helping to regulate and strengthen life force and the immune system. Many feel the effects of Qi after their first experience with this Qigong. When practiced regularly, Pangu Shengong can:
- Restore balance, harmony, and peace of mind
- Empower the immune system
- Rejuvenate well-being, happiness, and vitality
Beyond physical benefits, Pangu Shengong cultivates the heart and soul, fostering transformational growth and improving spiritual, emotional, and physical well-being. It has been shown to help alleviate conditions related to heart disease, diabetes, strokes, rheumatoid arthritis, various cancers, and many other illnesses.
